Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
I am giving this rating this time because they did not do as good a job as they have in the past. It may have been because it was Christmas Eve and they wanted to get home. They never should have booked the appointment for that date, if they weren't prepared to give me a good cleaning...I still paid their regular rate.

The did not agree to our original terms when they showed up to clean. This is after they were no shows twice before hand. The quality of their work was poor, my roommates and I could've done a better job. We tried to pay them for the amount of hours they were here but they would not accept our check. I would not recommend them if they were the last cleaning place on earth. Very poor work, owner (Jennifer) was rude to my roommate and I, they continuously talked on their phones while "working", they cannot confirm times, and are usually no shows.
Response by E & W Cleaning: Im very disappoint with this costumer it was a costumer the agree to have a regular cleaning every two weeks, she used are service ones and call the company six months after 3 maids worked for her for two hours and a half, picking dog excrement all over her apt. And after all the hard work she didn't pay us, she want to pay only $50.00 for 3 maid for 2 1/2 hours. NOT A REASONABLE COSTUMER. I hope she can find somebody to help her. Company it taking legal procedures to this client.

E&W did a great job cleaning my home. I am pretty picky and they did everything I asked. They were on time and communicated well about scheduling etc. I plan on using them biweekly going forward.
