Called to inform Ron one of the windows had a crack, next to where his workers damaged and patched our wall, he said he would send someone to look at it and if need be repair or replace the entire window , I called a few times and got obviously empty promises as nothing has been done and he hasn't contacted us. Edit: since the negative comments everything has been repaired.

Response by Eastern Glass Block, Corp.: The reason that this customer had to wait for repair is that it occurred in the wintertime and we cannot perform a mortar repair in subfreezing temperatures. We also had a challenging time scheduling a suitable time as the homeowners work outside the house during the daytimes Monday thru Friday. The repair has been performed. We always stand behind our work.

The project was completed on time and slightly under the estimate. The post clean up could have been better and a couple of the blocks appear to be set unevenly but they are in an inconspicuous place so I was not concerned. Overall, a good job was done in some very tight areas that I wouldn't dream of tackling myself.
