Tony came out with "Gauge" and did a very thorough inspection for bed bugs of my multi-family property in Jersey City. Luckly we found nothing, but the peace of mind was worth it. They quoted me a price, came on time and did they what they promised. I had a good outcome on top of it.

Eastern is very professional and responsible. They have very good attitudes from top to bottom. AJ came in to do termite treatment. He didn't walk away because the inconvenient condition. ( Our shrub grew so rampantly outside the wall, there is hardly any space for a person to pass through.) He managed to squeezed in and performed the duty. He finished all the details and cleaned well. Nice job!

It freaked me out when I found out that the gnawing noise I heard coming from my crawlspace all last winter was RATS! I also thought I had termites! Thankfully no termites, but definitely RATS! The problem is now under control (without the use of poisons) & I purchased a year-round contract with Eastern Pest Control. They are very responsive when I call & I'm very happy with their service. The price for the annual contract seems reasonable.

I would highly recommend them. They came out the morning after my call and promptly diagnosed my bug problem which had been seriously misdiagnosed by another pest company I had just gotten rid of. They came back and sprayed and it has been a week and I have not seen any more bugs. I have a year contract with them and was very happy with the price compared to the other company I had just cancelled
