The workers came on time and finished on time. They also cleaned up after them selves once the project was completed. Definitely talk to Dave directly for any projects you are looking to get done with your pool.

Tough when you have to replaster pool. I met with 3 other companies. Easy Pools was most honest about costs, etc. The job was done efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend.

Not honest .
Response by Easy Pool: We tried to work with this consumer on certain phases at no charge after the tile was cleaned. I recommended removing and replacing the tile but they did not want to pay for new tile so they were not satisfied with how it turned out. We did add the trim tile free of charge.

David and his team did beautiful job on our swimming pool remodel. They were meticulous with their work. We were surprised how soon they would be able to accomplish the full remodel, and happy to say they finished on time and we enjoy swimming in our pool everyday. It was nice of David to take the time to help us pick out tiles that were in our budget. I'm happy I was able to have the natural look that I wanted accented with a Mid Century Design on the stairs!

We hired Easy Pools to fix our leaking pool. One serious issue we had with David Young, the owner, was with his workers turning off the gas line and then back on without informing us. This resulted in gas fumes in the house because pilot light was off for the forced air unit; and our infant grandson ended up freezing during the night. The pool looks nice except for the markings in the plaster and was not completely fully operational for 3 months after the pool work was completed The markings were caused by us vacuuming the pool before the plaster was cured. We were not informed by Easy Pools, to not use the pool vacuum to clean until the plaster cured; although David claims he told us. We were that we would have a pool we could use when the work was done. We were not expecting a pool full of plaster dust in the water. When we complained amount of plaster dust. David did buy startup pool chemicals for us to clean pool. He gave me a reference to look at another customer’s pool when I complained about the markings and inconsistent plaster color. This customer’s pool looked worse than mine. She said that David never told her about not using a vacuum either. When I asked her if she let David know this and why she gave David such high reviews (I selected David based on customer reviews); she said she didn't complain because she said that the workers were so nice and she was just happy to get the pool done. When we first met with David to get the pool estimate, I specifically asked him if we needed a permit. He said no. I learned after the work was done that a City permit was required. I was disappointed to learn this because I like David and thought this is his business he should know that a permit is required. David did pay and pull the permit. He also paid for materials that were needed to fix the gas and electrical lines to pass the City inspection. We also had an issue with the new pool light not working. The pool light manufacturer came out and informed us that the light wires were plastered in so he could not connect the wires properly. David’s worker did come back and remove the plaster so the lamp could be properly connected. All in all, I am thankful that David did make good on his word to fix things and was cooperative in resolving the issues. David is a very personable person. I like David, it is just unfortunate that these problems happened in the first place. I am providing this feedback for lessons learned for David so he can improve his services; and for other consumers so they can make the best decision for themselves when selecting someone for their pool work.

From first contact, David, With Easy Pools was professional and exceptional. he answered every question I had, offered valued suggestions, and provided wonderful customer service. His quote was handled respectfully and personally. he and his crew went out of their way to make certain that everything that I requested was completed. The time needed was lessened from 7 days to 4 so that it would better suit my family's holiday needs. I highly recommend Easy Pools to anyone looking for remodeling or re-plastering their pool and I would absolutely recommend the company to other people as well.
