Outstaning customer service, called at 5:15 PM expecting to leave a voice mail and I actually got a live person who took my request. Within fifteen minutes I received a return call from Craig to set up an appointment for the following day. Not only was Craig on time, he was actually early by ten minutes and had already analyized samples. My water conditions were explained in detail as was the type of equipment and installation necessary to achieve my desired objective. I'm confident EcoWater Texas will exceed my expectations on completion of the installation in my new house.

George was absolutely great to work with. He went over and beyond my expectations and did extra things that he didn't have to do. I feel their price was very resonable compared to some of their competitors that are way over priced.

They were helpful, even with my older water softener/filtration system and while giving me info about newer systems, they didn't hard-sell those and I appreciated that. They worked to get my problem resolved quickly and for the price they quoted me over the phone. When I do need a new system, I will definitely call them first.
