The work was completed on time and as discussed. Jerry was easy to work with and addressed my questions and concerns. He did not attempt to "scope creep" when we discussed additional repairs - he offered his honest opinion if the repair was needed for structural integrity or esthetics. I would use this company again in the future and have recommended him to my neighbors.

My wife and I hired J Michael & Company to replace our gutters. They did such an excellent job that I also used them to replace my siding and paint the exterior. We have received several comments from our neighbors on how beautiful our home looks and J Michael has earned more business in our neighborhood as a result.

Serivice was fast and of high quality. One of few contractors willing to paint the gutters a customer color to match the house. Not the lowest nor the highest price points.

I wrote a previous rating for a job well done. About 2 weeks later, the paint started coming off in places. I called it peeling off. The owner came out, because there was also another place that had not been caulked and painted on a doghouse on the roof. He told me it wasn't peeling.He told me I was lucky he came out that most contractors would not have come out.They repainted the house and there are still places where the paint is peeling. He has not called to see how the second painting looks. I would not recommend him to friends or families. Very unprofessional in my opinion. My husband is deployed and stressed out about the paint job.

Response by J Michael & Company, LLC: It is unfortunate that you cannot please everyone.I dont think I have ever had a more difficult customer.Even still we went back and repainted her home.That was the right thing to do.I will always take care of my customers and try my best to do what is professtioal and what is right.Dispite any personal issues they may have.

We were exceptionally pleased with the service that we received from EcoView. They were very timely and professional. We had already received an estimate from Sears for the same window and Sears wanted more than double the price of EcoView. We were extremely pleased with our experience and were very pleased with every individual that we worked with at EcoView - would most definitely recommend them to anyone.
