My representative, Jason was very prompt. I called EAS around noon and had a representative call back within an hour. I scheduled an appointment for that same evening at 7:00 p.m. Jason evaluated the problem, explained what needed to be done and completed the job. He gave me follow-up instructions for routine dryer and duct maintenance. There was also a little "crimp" in the duct hose and he corrected that as well. I will definitely recommend Efficient Air Solutions and Jason Curtis to my friends and family. Sam Stuart, Garland, Texas

Jason and his assistant showed up exactly on time and ready to go to work. They were courteous, friendly and very professional from the moment I spoke to Jason on the phone and received my quote until they completed the work on time. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. They also cleaned up before they left. Jason provided helpful information regarding my system as well. I am also scheduling my furnace/ac service with them this year, I am that impressed.

Jason and his partner were very professional. He gave me a call to notify me he was 20 min. out. Identified himself and partner. Came in and accessed the job. Reviewed what would happen and how it all would work, and then started job. The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid no differences. Jason had great knowledge of his profession and still had great customer understanding of my needs and wants. I am very happy about my decision and will refer Jason on to others.
