Jim is one of the most responsive contractors I've worked with. To say he goes the extra mile is an understatement. I hired Jim to do a roof repair, and a year later, I've hired him to rehab two houses. He does good work, fast, and delivers great value for the money.

After the roof was patched, I received a message during the next rainfall asking if things were holding up and inquired if I was experiencing anymore leaks. It was a nice touch and appreciated.

Very nice and prompt! Was able to come out to my house the next day, assess problem areas, and fix them. Gave me a break on the price and informed me of other services I should have performed on the roof in the near future.

I really appreciated the customer service. Always following up before I hired him and afterwards. The other contractors didn't do this. We've had two nice downpours of rain. No leaks yet. Other contractor's pricing for this repair was through the roof! And they didn't even estimate to service as much as these guys.

They were very professional and pleasant. Explained the job before they started and did not try to take advantage by selling me something I did not need which I appreciated. Day of repair, they arrived before scheduled time and were thorough. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs, and in fact, I did.
