Elisha overstated his ability to install a replacement in-wall microwave. I purchased new microwave based on his incorrect measuremts; all info he gave me re fittings were wrong; I have to take back microwave & purchase one with new fittings; I've wasted a lot of time. Altho he did not do the job, he insisted that I pay him for his time. When I balked he became angry and intimidating. I gave him a check for $50 just to get him out of my house. My advice: DO NOT HIRE ELISHA DEVAI !!

Elisha took the time to find out where water was coming from & why was the garden flooded. Repaired the sprinkler, he did a good job.

Elisha was always late. After he was done with the shower, I had him install a fan in the bathroom. He started after the shower was done and completed it 4 days later. He was 1 1/2 hours late on the last day and then told my wife that it was going to cost another $40.00 for calking around the shower (that I did not authorize) he did the week prior and after the job was already paid for.

Elisha did a good job, and has given me an estimate for a couple of future jobs, when I can afford more. I am on a pension so I will have to wait, but his prices are fair and he is kind and courteous. I have his card for when I can manage the next job. He will be my handyman for any future handyman type jobs.
