Mario, the owner, was very professional and answered all of my concerns and questions. He arrived right at the time he stated. The crew he used was very efficient. They even bagged the food I had left behind on the counter and in fridge! I was so grateful because I thought I was going to have to throw it out. Thank you Mario and Manuel!!!

Mario was prompt, efficient and quality of work was superb. He even treated an area that wasn't originally in his report. I interviewed 3 other termite companies and selected Elite 1 simply because I felt Mario was straight forward and prompt with answering my questions.

I loved this company. Mario was very professional. I needed to hire someone as soon as possible. Mario came out to give me an estimate the next day. Mario's price was half the price I was quoted by the company that was referred by my realtor. They stared the job on time, the workers were vey nice and patient with me. Highly recommended.

Mario Lopez was a complete professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Without a doubt I would recommend him for termite control. His 20 years of experience shows and he was on time for our consultation. I have recommended him to my HOA board for future termite work.

We thought that the person, Mario, who did the inspection and the service was very professiohnal and qualified. Although hils company price was higher then other quote we obtained, we were very pleased by his work and found it to be cost effective. We would be happy to use him agailn.
