They had the best online reviews. Their price was midway between other quotes I received. Chad offered an online coupon plus a great price for including 1 year of pest control in addition to the termite treatment. Chad placed foam in the wall with termite damage the same day I hired their company. They provided me with informative brochures and a diagram of where they would place bait monitors in addition to the Termidor treatment. They left me with a checklist of what they would do and a copy of the contract for me to look over before signing. Chad also explained how the repair guarantee would work and how the pest control would work.

Elite came out with a in depth explanation of the product Termidor, which lasts up to 15 years. Three members were out to my home in less than a week to do the treatment. They went in depth with the treatment and I watched to ensure quality. After doing research and understanding the correct measurements of solution for Termidor treatment, I felt more comfortable that I went with Elite. Several companies will try to cheat the customer with limited use of the treatment to cut costs. These guys mixed it on the spot and did the whole home in the right way. Do your research!! I would highly recommend Elite for professionalism and quality

Technicians are wonderful and courteous. If I had to nickpick about something, it's the fact that they don't service on Saturdays. This means you will have to leave work early. However, they do call and let you know they're on the way.
