Because of the not straight forward configuration of our front entrance, they very thoughtfully & economically solved the problem. We are very satisfied with their ability to solve problems, actual quality of the ramps, & the installation.

The ramp they built is very attractive and strong. It matches the existing deck, and will last a very long time. The landing at the bottom is straight and stable, and attractive.

Project: Build or Replace Wheelchair Ramps

I ordered this ramp for my Mom who lives in a different state than I do. I dealt with the professional solely over the phone. I was concerned about may things; my Mom's safety being #1 since she lives alone. After talking to the professional my Mom & myself felt completely at ease & thought this was a trustworthy busness. Turns out we were right! My Mom is very pleased with the ramp. The quality, customer service & value for her money were all exceptional. We would definitely reccomend Ellsworth Medical without hesitation. Thanks so much for a job well done!
