Owner was there when he said he would be. He diagnosed problem and did not charge service call. Came back next day when he said he would and fixed my dbl oven for price he quoted me the day before. Can't ask for any more than that. Recommend this business and would tell my friends about him

He came to my house on a Wednesday morning, diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, charged me $79 for the service fee and said he had to get a part and would call me that afternoon to give me a price. I never heard back from him. I called four times and he finally called me back on the following Monday morning. He did not know who I was; when I reminded him he still couldn't remember my problem or whether he had even cashed my check. I did not use his services and would not recommend this company.

Talked to the guy, he committed to show up the next day between 12-3, but never showed. We called, he totally forgot we ever had the conversation, but did swing-by later that same day. Quick check on dead stove determined that it was not getting the right power from the house wiring - - which was outside his job (fair enough). He left it at that, charged us for the service call, and I later fixed the wiring in the box behind the stove. He was ambivalent, not very friendly, but in the end he did give us the info we needed to get the issue resolved.

Required 2 trips to complete the project. Replaced a very expensive part during the first visit which did not fix the problem, however did not charge for second visit.
