They came quickly and identified the problem with both AC units. They cleaned one condensor and filled both AC units with Freon. I called them back two days later and they found a leak in the other condenser. They replaced the condenser for a flat rate which seemed reasonable. I would use them again.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with Elsy's. They were quick to respond and came out within hours to troubleshoot my failing A/C. After the problem was identified, they clearly explained my options without any sales pressure. I chose the option that was best for me and they scheduled work to begin first thing the following morning. That next day, work was completed in about 3 hours and I was back in business. On top of the great service and fast turn around, I found the rate I was charged to be completely reasonable. Much less than I was expecting for the all work that was done.
