I appreciate Tom's attention to details and willingness to work methodically to be sure everything was done and done well. I will definitely call Emerald Construction again. I also appreciate a contractor who is on the job when he says he will be and lets you know any issues and works to get things done right.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Tom and his crew built was a wonderful roof over our deck. He listened to what we wanted and what we did not want. Showed up with the right equipment to get the job done right. Work site was picked up every evening. Project was completed in a timely manner. End result, we got the deck cover we wanted. Thanks!

We've been delighted with the careful and excellent work done for us by Emerald Construction. They completed our project on time and under budget. The project came out more beautiful than we imagined, thanks to helpful recommendations by the contractor. We are now hiring him for a second project and plan to hire him for any further remodel projects we might do in the future. The work is excellent, professional and beyond our expectations.

Project: Remodel a Basement
Tom was very professional and was very helpful providing quality subcontractors. All work from the design, framing, electrical, air conditioning & heat, plumbing, insulation, drywall and siding was completed on time with great results. One big help from all contractors was the option to assist and do some of the work ourselves, enabled us to stay much within our budget and save big time!! We were able to afford some much needed furniture and other touch ups around the house. Our Basement remodel turned out beautiful. Thanks Tom
