Emily was actually my neighbor!! Who knew??!!! I stuck a few notes here and there for special attention requests. She took care of them properly. I noticed the lower level wasn't as tight as I'd like to have seen it. I don't think she swept or mopped my wood floor down there and there was some dusting around vents and tvs that left some room for improvement, but overall she did a good job.

Response by Emily's Touch of Class Cleaning Service: Would have got the lower level better, but there were no lights down there. Had to use hallway light. Thought it was pretty good considering.

Emily is a professional, English-1st-language, Caucasian woman. I had a 5+ hour one-time clean, and Emily was great in all ways!! She returned my message very promptly, she scheduled an estimate quickly (the estimate was needed because I had some special requests so she wanted to estimate her hours & cost accurately), she worked my large block of time into her regular schedule 5 days later (including 2 weekend/ holidays), she called me the day before to confirm the appointment, & she was very prompt. I have 3 big dogs with a lot of hair, and I couldn't tell they lived there. She worked diligently & was emphatic about doing a high-quality job.

Very efficient which meant a few cut corners, but friendly and prompt. Initial problems with no response to e-mails but very responsive to text. Would definitely use her again when my regular person is unavailable.
