Did a good job. Took tech almost 3 hours to find simple solution. I can't complain too much; he did find the problem when I could not.

I would rate ETS with the highest possible rating. Nelson Rodriquez answered my call and finished a difficult job before I received a return call from the other recommended services. Nelson exhibited thorough knowledge of the issues in question and maintained an outstanding attitude while servicing my PC. Nelson was extremely polite and professional.

Nelson was fantastic. He was efficient and knew everything he was doing inside and out. He was able to work on more than one computer at a time and didn't stretch things out to pad the bill. He was able to do everything I asked and answer all of my questions. I was very impressed. Also, his personality was a plus. He just went about his work and the household could continue around him. I would recommend him to anyone. He works mostly on large company work but our home owner job was luckily within the companies approved jobs.

I wish I had 10 of him; everytime I give him a job I rest assured that he will complete it in a timely and professional manner. He is very knowledgeable about his trade, meticulous to detail and does exceptionally fine workmanship. I'd have no reservations about recommending him to anyone.
