Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
They did a poor job of vacuuming my upstairs, did not vacuum my downstairs. What they did dust, they dusted around not under everything. Did not finish cleaning upstairs bathrooms, and did not clean downstairs bathrooms. Did not clean glass tables, and partially cleaned mirrors. Did not mop floors. Not impressed with the dusting of my cook top. They did not vacuum any furniture. I cleaned my house myself after the cleaners left. I am back with my original cleaners. They are more reasonable, and they get the job done!
Response by Enviro Tech Cleaning, Inc.: Can't respond when a person does not give us name or address. We always make it a policy to do a walk through before and after, so this is a bit of a mystery. Our work is always guaranteed and will return to fix anything within 24hrs. We wish them well...whoever they are!

I am so impressed and will tell everyone I know about Enviro Tech Cleaning. The young lady that came to my home did an outstanding job. My house had not been cleaned well in a long time. Everything is spotless.

I was extremely unimpressed. The first person that was sent out showed up late, skipped a bathroom, skipped the kitchen, didn't make the bed and did a terrible job on the floors. He was way more interested in talking to the people here than doing the cleaning. I called Nathan for a "make up" and he asked to do early and scheduled from between 6-7am the next morning. I get an email at 7:02 saying that something came up and he'd be there at 8. Didn't show up until 8:30- I wanted to like the service, I really did. He was a nice enough guy but in the five years that I've used professional cleaners and maids, this was the poorest experience.
