Kitchen range hood exhausting system not working efficiently. It was a less than 3 years old system. It was not designed properly on day one. Tom came over and looked the problem. With his ventilation knowledge, he quickly calculated the size of the duck and made a new design of the system. He gave the estimates a couple days later and scheduled the service. He and his helper were great to work with. Tom listened to my concerns and tested the system through out each process to make sure no bottlenecks. He made every connection well sealed. His wife is also very nice on phone calls. I will definitely hire him back for other services.

Nice guy, arrived on time. Quick to determine problem with my Coke fridge. Called multiple suppliers to find the part as cheaply as possible. Offered to handle issue in multiple ways to save money (i.e. replace the whole unit, replace a specific (but expensive) part. Overall, no problems since. Great job and would do business with again!

When Tom Bremehr checked out the clothes washer that I thought was leaking, we discovered that it wasn't the Bosch washer at all, but the stand pipe into which it drained. Tom helped me locate a plumber to deal with the new issue. Sr. Jeanne
