Our primary goal is to protect the environment and its inhabitants. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are always prepared to travel at any distance within the Washington metropolitan area. All members of our team are certified and train professionals who have more than ten years of experience.

Did what was asked at a good price, on time and cleaned up. Don't know what more you could ask for. I've contacted them again to do some more work.

Our environment is very sensitive to atmospheric debris. The professionals demolished a wall, shielded the laboratory and cleaned behind themselves so well, it was not obvious that a wall ever existed there in the first place!

I was impressed with James but was highly disappointed when our agent called him about a spot that the new owner wanted corrected and was missed on the orig job. James told our agent tht it wouldn't be more than a couple of hundred dollars to come and clear that section. After the work was performed, James proceeded to charge her $1,650 for the job. It felt like a bait and switch and she said she never seen a more unprofessional mold removal company. James didn't take any normal precautions or even follow standard procedures. That small job cost more than the original job cost. I lost respect for this company.
Response by Environmental Trust Solutions, Inc.: We will strongly dispute this allegation. The realtor requested an emergency service different from the original job request. She requested that we immediately have a crew to the property to address the problem because they were at closing. Nornmally we need 72 hours notice to perform any abatement and remediation of hazardous material. This was an emergency service, and we made it very clear to them and the Realtor before we came out. We had to mobilized our crew and get supplies and equipment ready for the job. Please the information or comments by Becky N is wrong and just misleading. We do have documentation to prove. They were aware.

Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold
I was very concerned because Mr. Johnson said he could do the job in 3 days. I am in day 21 of this project. He brought 1 workier on the days he. came. We did not agree to wrk weekends but he said he would come on the seekend and did not come or call. I lost an additional 5 days from work waiting for him to finish the project. He caused other damage to my home that I am still waiting for him to repair.
Response by Environmental Trust Solutions, Inc.: On this particular project our supplies and material was stolen this was a major set back for us. We left our supplies and material with the client just to run to the Home Depot. When the crew get back everything was gone. Client said she had no idea who took our stuff. This was very unfortunately but our crew is committed and respect the agreed upon time in all our projects.
