I'm disabled and it's really hard to shop for the things that were needed to fix my home. They told me it would cost a bit more, but they would be happy to do it. They did a great job and the color were right on. I couldn't be more happy on the job they. Thank you Essco for caring so much about my home.

Prompt, professional and courteous service. The electrician who performed the work asked about additional "fixes" and I had two other repairs done that were not part of original request. Jerry called a number of times before the work was done to describe his preliminary assessment of what was required and also communicated the status of the timing of the service call and the specific electrician by name who was going to do the work.

Jerry was here promptly and after looking at the panel, concluded that I didn't need to replace it. He checked all connections and did a load test and saved me a lot of money.

The electrician was 45 minutes late but did complete the job in 15 minutes. He brought the smoke detectors that were being replaced but added 100% mark-up to his Contractor purchase price,doubling what I would have paid if I had purchased them. His boss agreed to a lower price.

Within 10 minutes of entering my requirements on HomeAdviser I got my first call. Essco made arrangements for someone to come out a couple hours later and I am now pleased to have my 5 exterior lights replaced. Quick, easy, satisfied with price. They will be kept on my list.

The initial response was extremely quick and from the owner himself. They were able to actually schedule me the next day and Clay ( the tech) was on time as per my conversation with the owner. Clay was very professional, clean and personable and even with a couple of hurdles handled the job perfectly. Also as a Marine I was given a discount for my service so I certainly recommend this company to all Vets.
