Honesty and integrity and no call-out fee! I can't recommend highly enough and will use for next planned project. I called them out when too busy to take a look at an issue. It turned out to be an easy fix and so they refused to take any payment, even when I offered to pay for their time. They even took the time to walk round the house and check other areas, and declared all to be in safe, working order. Friendly, honest and informative.

Fernando was outstanding. I needed a plumber asap and he was here immediately on no notice. Took care of the problem - had to finish the job a few days later, came back and fnished it up. Customer service like this I have not seen in years. I would give Essential Plumbing 10 stars if I could. Truely saved the day for us.
