We used Everydry 20+ yrs ago and they do good work and feel pretty comfortable that this job should solve our problem again. Both jobs we had excellent customer service, the crews are hard working and pleasant to be around, and even with the type of work they do they do a good job cleaning up and returning our home to a very reasonable level of cleanliness. My only "complaint" is the price tag, but at the same time, it gets the job done and the warranty is lifetime and transferrable and should help in the resale of my home so hopefully I can "recoup" some of my cost when we actually sell the house down the road. They did great work! They arrived on time and were careful to keep the house clean from the dirt. They are a little pricey.

The sales pitch went well, however, when the job was completed, the installer guaranteed the job would not leak or he would bring his crew back out to fix it. Well, there are a couple of areas where the basement is leaking and they are coming back out to fix it. One area they fixed, I need to call them again because it is still leaking. I also found that the price per month that they originally quoted went up by $100.00. This has yet to be resolved. After the job was complete, the installer said he could complete the job for almost half the price if he were to do it himself (wow). The warranty is a great price, and you will need it.

Great job, cleaned up after themselves. Hard to give a very good when no weather to test basement, I don't know if what they did worked.

Their crew is top notch, comes on time, cleans up on the job and very professional. They explain everything they are doing, do the job and then tell you what was done. There are no surprises in the job.
