Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation

Everdry was at my house twice for the same project. The first time they did a sub-par job of installing a carbon-fiber foundation reinforcement for my basement walls that were bowing in (I thought it was okay, but was later told, on Everdry's second visit, that it was not done properly). Additionally on that first visit, they were supposed to sub-contract the rebuild of two of the basement walls. The sub-contractor never showed up to do the work and Everdry stopped returning my calls. The second visit occurred because I was moving out and needed something in place to appease the realtor and potential buyers; this work was good quality.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation

Everything was done in the amount of time predicted. Luckily, my basement is located near an exit and was virtually out of the way. The workers were all polite and respectful. There was a situation that had arisen that called for a different tactic. They had to dig the depth of the basement on the outside in order to properly waterproof it. It was the middle of winter and the soil was made of clay! Very hard work. They still managed to finish as promised. To this day, I still go downstairs looking for any leaks. I will say that I'm a very satisfied customer!! I recommend EverDry to anyone who will listen.
