This family owned and operated business stood behind their work and explained everything in detail up front. One tougher stain resurfaced and they came back with no charge and made it go away.

They did an excellent job, went above and beyond to try and get stains out of carpets in a cabin we had just purchased. Could have been a bit more punctual as we made special trips to the cabin to meet/ open up for them. But over all very pleased with their service.

Punctual and went beyond our expectations on cleaning a carpet that had areas we did not think could be cleaned. The carpets are beautiful and we can't say enough good things about this service.

Response by Everlasting Carpet Care: We try to be on time to every job. If the customer listens to what I say I usually give myself at least a 1-2 hour time window. As we all know today's hectic life it is almost impossible to be exactly on time.
