Great company, do everthing possible to make you confortable till they get things finished. Polite, on time and do just what they say without trying to trying to add on everything. I would reccomend this company to everyone.

Jamie and service men could not have been more professional or courteous. They came when they said they would. Finished in a timely manner. We got a higher seer rated unit than proposed by other bids for the same amount of money. Was helpful in getting us rebates. Definitely would recommend.

All technicians were courteous and were mindful to explain the system thoroughly before leaving. Not being tech savvy myself, I found this extremely helpful. They have two thumbs up as far as I am concerned! I am so thankful to have made this choice of HVAC contractors.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
I live in NY and own an investment property in Wilmington. When first told by my property manager that a new heating/cooling system was needed, I opted to shop around for a reputable company. Overall, I spoke to 7 people and got 4 proposals, Jamie was the only one that came across as knowledgable, extremely professional & trustworthy. Not only that, but his proposal for a Carrier unit was from $350-1100 lower than the others AND IT WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAME WITH A FREE 1 YR SERVICE CONTRACT with 2 visits during the first year to ensure the system's efficiency. The install was done within the week and I am extremely happy with Excel Air!!!

The company graciously accomodated our schedule to meet our need for a new heat pump. The installers were polite, respectful ,excellent workers and completed the job as quickly and efficiently as possible. All questions were addressed professionally and sufficently.....no high pressure salesmanship. We could not have been more pleased.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
James and his crew did a very professional job, ( a big job) at that. They had to run duct work through for a air dump in the frog, and another duct line to front bedroom with two exterior walls. There were some issues with faulty control panel, These were resolved quickly and with priority. My upstairs is now 13 degrees less on average than the last 9 years or so living in this home. James also pre-filled out rebate info from PGE, and pre-scheduled maintainence checks in the coming year. There were many unexpected issues with the work flow, to be expected when adding replacing entire system, (air handler, and condensor and ducts)A+++ work.
