Very nice company but after coming back 2 times the carpet in areas that were mildly stained or dirty was not clean at all. My wife utimately cleaned the stains with our Bissel carpet cleaner and now it looks fine. I felt I wasted $500.

Response by Executive Suite Interiors: There were two areas that stains did return. It was explained that on Berber carpet large spills such as coffee may wick back up as the carpet dries. We were only called back once and did a reclean of these areas. Customer did not call us back a second time and if we were called back a second time we would have used a low moisture method to treat these two areas and hopefully prevent any additional wicking. This is very common in berber carpets and was explianed to the customer.

James was very flexible in scheduling the job, he came on time and started right away. He showed me the progress, I could clearly see the difference in cleaned and not cleaned areas. Got all stains out -- there's no way to tell where they were. Recommended.
