Tom showed up promptly as scheduled, checked my a/c unit and gave me a quote on repairs, finished the job quickly. He was clean, polite, professional and I will call him if I ever need work on my a/c or heat units.

I find him to be very respectful because there was little bit of an issue but he came out immediately the next day when the problem was noticed. He took care of the problem, I appreciate it and I would use him again if necessary.
