5 is the highest rating this site will allow...so I give Express Roofing a 6. Rene's bid was complete, accurate, and very competitive. The work performed was extremely professional and neat. Roberto and his crew went above and beyond. When I asked about a fix in an area that was already complete, he dismantled the area to show me that the work had been performed, even though I told him his word was good enough. My roof has never looked nicer or neater, even after it was initially installed. All I can say is let Rene give you a bid...THEN HIRE HIM!!! Thanks again Rene.

Rene and his crew were great throughout the project. They removed the tile, installed new roofing throughout and installed the tile. Communication was great,dailycleanup was excellent and the project was completed exactly on time. Express Roofing is an excellent company that truly cares about the customer.

Customer service was excellent. From the beginnging to end of the project. Express service takes pictures before beginning the project and after it is completed so we can see exactly what has been done. I thought they did a great job and did it in the time projected. The also cleaned my gutters which haven't been cleaned in longer than I care to say and they did that a very reasonable price. Over all I am very satisfied with this company and the people who run it....

Rene discussed in detail what they would do and wouldn't do without any high pressure sales tactics. Not the lowest or the highest bid; but I felt more comfortable going with them, and now that it's done, I still feel it was they were best decision.

Hiring contractors is always a stressful job but from the beginning, Rene was all about customer service and making sure that I understood what was happening. He also went to bat with the insurance company for me, getting extra storm damage $$ to help cover the cost of the roof. Was Express Roofing the cheapest bid? No, but my gut feeling said they'd do the best job. Work was finished on time, clean up was excellent and the roof looks great.
