The siding/roof look good. The customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. They started late, felt guilted into paying before the job was complete due to Christmas. has been 3 months and they have not come back to fix their mistakes, trim nailed to nothing and falling off, put a hole in my window screen, windows not caulked. Have been calling with no results. I would not recommend this company just based on the customer service. Clean up was horrible, siding, insulation blowing all over my neighbors yard, nails and screws all over the yard and driveway. Cigarette butts in the yard and the garage. I believe i was lied to.

Called numerous times. Does not call back in regards to fixing the product. Horrible customer service skills. Overdrew bank account. Lost checks. Started project at the end of the contract end date.

Jason worked with our insurance company to get us the needed funds for the siding. Other contractors did not want to be bothered with the shortfall the insurance company offered but Jason gave them his proposal and defended it as the best quality for the best price. The insurance company complied with his assesmennt and came up with the appropiate amount to get the job done. The installers , Rich and John were professsional and courteous. They worked well with us and answered all our questions. They kept us informed about what they were going to do each day. The installation was perfect and the product is spectacular.

I was very pleased with the work. I was very impressed by their ordering time, how fast they got the product. I was impressive with the installation time, and their customer service. The window was broke shortly after it was installed, they came right back out and fixed it at a low cost.

After no power for 10 days, (no phone) finally set a date for window installation. The guys were great, took about 4 hours to pull out all 15 old windows and replace them with the new. A few days later, they came back and finished the outside trim. I love my new windows. Thank you.

house came out beautifully, i think we were too far away from business to get 5 star customer service i thought we would have gotten. I did have a problem and he took care of it, house was beautiful
