Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Mr.Lima was prompt and polite, did very efficient and quality work, and led an ample and friendly crew. He had good advice on methods, treatments and color choices, and gave accurate estimates. I recommended him to my real estate agent, who used him a month later for a similar job and was also pleased with the results and the price.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
We hired FGL to lace into some old red oak flooring that was in our kitchen and stain and refinish all of our floors that were extremely damaged. Flavio is great to work with. He and his team were fast, efficient and punctual. He was great about communicating and always called when he or someone else was on their way to the house. I met with several other flooring companies and his pricing was comparable to all the other quotes. We're very pleased and have already had several compliments on our beautiful new floors.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Flavio was very quick responding to the initial inquiry. He is extremely professional and finished the job in a timely manner. The floors looks amazing--he refinished the floors, showed me some staining samples and consulted me on the quality and care of the floor. I chose the original hardwood with 2 coats of polyurethane. Two of my neighbors witnessed the before and after and subsequently have requested estimates for their homes.

Flavio and his crew did a great job for a reasonable price. He was the only contractor who thoroughly explained how he would complete the job (we had a few challenges with regards to taking out our old floor) and he gave us the best estimate. Flavio was courteous, professional, and prompt. We have had our floors for two months and we are still very happy with the quality and workmanship.

Flavio and his crew were very professional and working with them was a pleasure. I was very comfortable leavign them to do the work. It is nice to not feel like you have to stay and supervise. Flavio is very good at what he does and has excellent suggestions. His demands perfection from himself and his crew. . We had an area in the dinning room where the floor was back from prior damange. After discussion we decided to replace the wood and start over I can not even tell where he did the replacement, yes he is that good! I love my floors and I am very happy we decided to use FGL flooring. I will use them again with out any resveration!

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
This is the second time we have used Flavio, and we were extremely pleased with his work again. He and his crew are fast, professional, and affordable. Flavio genuinely takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail, and works like the floors are for his own home. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoy working with him. We have recommended him to several people, and will continue to do so!

Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
Work installing lamiinate flooring in bathroom was of the highest quality. Even the small, tight corners fit perfectly. Clean up at the end of each day and the final job were imaculate. I would definitely recommend Flavio to anyone with flooring needs.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Flavio Lima is the owner of FGL flooring and was the contractor on a tile flooring project that was done at my home. Flavio's floor installer installed the tile flooring, but while doing so had to make some cuts to the bottoms of the doors so that the doors would close after the tile flooring was installed. The cuts were jagged and I was not pleased with the outcome, so I asked that the doors be paid for so the I could get a carpenter to properly install them. I had already given Flavio the money for the tile floor install, and he said he would refund my money to pay for the doors to be replaced. It has been 7 months and still no refund!
Response by FGL Flooring: I only do hardwood floors, just because I refered someone to do tile work does not make me responsible for their work. This other contractor did offer to correct the door issue by replacing the door and the customer refused stating they wanted their handyman to replace the door at an unreasonable amount for $300.00 when the door cost was $30.00

Flavio and his crew are consumate craftsmen. We experienced some issues with our first floor guy and hired FGL to come in and correct them.He made sure to show my wife multiple stain choices and finishes before starting the job. They arrived early to start my job and were available to start our floor on short notice. The floor is BEAUTIFUL! Flavio only uses high quality Duraseal finishes and finished our job ahead of schedule without rushing and at an extremly good price! Great workmanship! Great value! Great floor!
