I was very disappointed with Faith Cleaning. I paid for a deep clean and I got a surface clean. I specifically asked for walls and ceilings and light fixtures and they did none of it. I called and complained and they came back and still did not complete it stating that they did not have the right equipment to vacuum the ceiling. The two girls said that they all have their own specific jobs to do in a house and it was the owners job to do fixtures and ceilings and she did not do her job that day. She didn't come back with them the next day even though it was she I spoke with to complain.

We have been using Faith Cleaning Services for about 2 months. We have a 4 bedroom home and two dogs. We are very satisfied with the services received. Emma met with us to walk through our house and discussed our needs. She provided great references. They are consistently on time and do a great job.
