They were on time every day. The one day they were unable to work due to weather they came and let us know. Finshed project on time. The roof looks great, I would not hesittate to use them again, They also did a great job picking up their debris which was a considerable amount. Very professional.

Jose was a pleasure to work with. He advised but did not push. He helped me select a perfect color shingle to match my brick home. In addition to reparing my porch roof, He also installed rain gutters, and repaired the eaves. A man of his word he completed the job in a professional and very timely manner. I would re-hire him again and again.

The roof looks great. Jose gave a detailed estimate of the work necessary; stuck to that estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion (2 days, as he'd promised); with a thorough cleanup after the job was over. Jose was very easy to deal with and seemed very eager to please. I'd use this contractor again, in the future, should the need arise.

smaller job at my other townhome but water was coming into the bedroom and Falcone determined that the whole roof did not need repair just the top portion that connects to the outside wall and although it has been raining the inside is now totally dry ...small problem fixed

Jose is a responsible owner. He stays in touch before during and after completion of the job. He and his crew did a very good job of replacing siding that had been pulled away from my house during Hurricane Sandy. I interviewed several contractors but picked Falcone's because of his desire to do the job~all the great reviews here~and his price which was closest to what my insurance company agreed to give me for this replacement. He did a beautiful job and I am glad that I chose Falcone's.

LESS THAN 2 YEARS AGO A SO CALLED LICENSED CONTRACTOR DID A POOR ROOF JOB WHICH LED TO MOLD PROBLEMS AND STILL THE LEAKS WERE NOT RESOLVED. FALCONE COMES AND SAID THE PRIOR ROOFER SHOULD HAVE SEEN THAT THE STRUCTURE WAS DAMAGED AND THEREFORE HAD TO BE TOTALLY REPLACED. JOSE AND HIS CREW AT FALCONE WERE GREAT, TOTALLY REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ROOF INCLUDING PUTTING DOWN NEW WOOD STRUCTURES. THEY ALSO CLEANED OUT THE AREA. I CAN NOW FINISH THE BEDROOM AND RENT OUT THE TOWNHOUSE THANKS TO FALCONE

Jose was very nice and prompt on all call backs. He listened to my concerns and did his best to address them. The workers arrived early in the morning and worked steadily all day until the job was finished. I waited for a storm to pass to see how the work held up and am happy to see no rain plopping on my head in the room. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roofer.
