Project is in start-up phase. Waiting for permit and plans. Actual construction hasn't started as of today, but all of the initial planning and design is going well.

No commutation between there people, thierfore the windows were not put in right and I have been waiting since January. They won't return my calls and they won't give me a date when they are coming. They premiosed me quaulity work and its not close. I need to get this Job done, so I can get my house in order.

The employees were very professional and reliable. They provided excellent communication throughout the whole project. The price was about average for what I expected for high quality windows. The windows look great and the house is so much more comfortable on cold days now.

Fanelli and Castle windows had great products good sales people but Fanellis has a lower intrest payment plan if you qualify which made my desicion easier I had my whole house done in two days and they worked in a very professinal and remarkably clean manner through out the work day and through to the finish. removed all the trash and did a realy nice job with the finish work. the fanelli sales man will make a beliver out of you when he jumps on the window during the demonstration not to mention the strenght of the screens on the windows not flimsy at all!

The window quality is top notch. Sales rep was thorough and honest. I 'd have said I was thrilled but the install was a nightmare! No cleanup outside-huge shards of plastic all around the house, glass, trash, fiberglass, nails everywhere. 2 nails left on my daughter's bed! 7 screws left on my son's headboard! Cig butts littered driveway. Broke a picture frame & didn't pick it up. Lft frame's glass on the floort! You expect some cleanup after, but this was unacceptable. Contacted company. Head installer half-heartedly apologized and tried to talk his way out of nails in bed. Mailed ltr to president of co. No response after 1 wk.
