Mike Farella called me right away. I needed two electric baseboard heaters and thermostats replaced ASAP. Another electrician who was here giving me a quote disconnected my thermostat and when I went to turn my heat on there was a loud POP and lots of sparks. The unit was fried. Mike sent Louis, his electrician, here within hours and came back the next day and installed the units with no problem. Louis was polite and efficient as was Mike to deal with. I also recommended them to my downstairs neighbor who had a unit replaced the same day. Price was reasonable as well. Very satisfied with Farella Electric.

Although the price was 50% higher than another estimate. However, based on the interactions with the two companys, Farella Inc. was more professional in customer service. The other estimate was sight unseen. Farella first had an employee look at the job, taking photos, before the estimate was given. The appointment was kept and took an hour longer than was estimated, but it's better not to be in a rush. There were a few unanticipated obstacles in this 128 year old brownstone. The job was to install a circuit breaker in the cellar, then one receptacle in each of four locations. The total price was $750, exactly as estimated. I'm satisfied.

Mike Farella came the same day to make this urgent repair. He worked quickly, had an extra switch box in his truck. Good experience.

Don't pay them until the job is complete. I have to hire another electrician to finish.

The electricians put holes all over the place and they weren't small holes. Had to hire someone to do all the patch work which was very costly. there were days no one showed up and never received a call that they weren't coming. When they did come they did work all day and were polite. I would definitely not recommend them or hire again. I was very discusted and they were not cheap. They were supposed to have Con Ed come in and inspect the Panel upgrade and no one ever showed, There was some wiring just rolled in a ball and not attached anywhere and had to get another electrician in to fix

Project: Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring - For Business
Came right out, short notice job, available next day, good job, good price, they put enough men on the job and got it done quickly, did not stretch out the job.
