These guys responded to my Service Magic request almost instantaneously. They were very fast in giving me an estimate and in letting me know that they had to send the laptop to PA for the repair. However after that, I had to call them several times to find out the status of the repair, and the first guy passed the buck to his partner, so that was annoying. But, they honored their original estimate which was half the price of the big box stores, and I was very happy with the end result.

They were the first to contact me with regards to my business wiring and computer needs. Brad Kitchen and his associates (Mark) were very professional, informative and provided excellent advice and service. A site visit was scheduled within 24 hrs; the tek arrived "on-time" and was pleasant to work; and I received a written proposal within 24 hours of the site visit. Once hired, the tek (Mark) arrived on time with the best professional and friendly attitude. The work was done in a neat and timely fashion. Fast-teks also provided fair market rates for their services. I will hire them again for all my wiring and computer needs.

The computer couldn't be repaired at a reasonable cost because it's no longer manufactured; but they were extremely flexible in scheduling appointment, very polite, and very helpful. Will definitely call them again if I need computer help.
