Chris called and text before arriving, he was covering for the on-call tech who had been delayed. He called ahead with basic questions to make sure I had checked breakers and any gfci outlets that might have tripped. I assured him I had. When we went to check the switch box, I suddenly recalled there was one breaker box in a closet I had forgotten. Red-faced when I opened the box and saw the tripped breaker. Chris was able to get me a discount on the call as it really was my error. But I will definitely call on them again for any future electrical needs.

Steve was professional, efficient and pleasant. He did a great job installing my new light fixtures, I love them. He kept me apprised of his progress as I had a long list of issues that needed to be addressed. Would definitely hire them and again... and would request Steve.

When the original technician called to say he was experiencing trouble with his truck, another technician was dispatched to work on our problems. He arrived promptly and fixed the issues quickly.

Adam and Steve came out on a very rainy day and worked outside in the rain until they could not work anymore. I scheduled another appointment and Steve came back to finish the job. He did a great job and was a very nice person. I will use Father and Son for any future projects I have and would recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done.
