Although we have just hired this company, so far we are very impressed. I am under the impression that this is a business that is expanding and realizes that Customer Service is a priority. Although our contract was not scheduled to start until May, to our surprise, they have already been out to the property performing service. Our experience has been a pleasant one to date :)

A couple of schedule 'hiccups' w/John initially---the man has a LOT of 'irons' on the fire, businesses-wise, but overall and so far, he is very congenial and more than accommodating. While the snow season hasn't started yet, he's explained in great detail of the services and equipment he offers/supplies to myself and a referral I made to my elderly father. It's too early to give a final verdict because snow removal season hasn't started, but from what I can tell to date, John is making every effort to please! If things go as my intuition tells me, Fiorella Snow Removal & Landscape, LLC will be "keepers" for my all-season outdoor needs.

The issue with the value for the money is that we have very little snowfall this season and he came only several times. Had we had our usual snowfall amount, I'm sure this rating would be higher.
