Alan, the service person from Finzels, arrived earlier than scheduled. He fixed the problem and proceeded to explain how to light the pilot light iif necessary n the future. We had been having sporatic problems with the furnace this year and when I asked hime about that, he immediately showed me the problem and how to correct it. With Finzels it was a good experience all around.

Great Price. Great service. Came right out for an estimate. Took the time to go over all of my options. Came back the next day to ensure everything was in proper working condition. I would recommend to anyone.
