Scott did a great job, he found the problem with our heater, got it fixed as soon as he got the part, I will call Fire & Ice next time and I highly recommend them. This is the type of guy Scott Wagner is, (he told me this story, I thought it was so cool!) ...An elderly couple's heater wasn't going to be fixed for a couple days, they had no sorce of heat so Scott suggested the fireplace to keep them warm, but they couldn't chopped the wood, so Scott did it for them!....How many people do you know that would do that...what a guy.
