Project: Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding

Jeff was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional and did exceptional work. He even helped to fix some siding issues we were not aware of. We highly recommend him for any repairs you may need. We will definitely be sharing his cards with our neighbors and friends, and plan to use his company for any future needs we may have.

Project: New Window - Single

This contractor got lost finding my house, even his crew got lost several days later, the work was not done correctely at all, all the inside trim of my replacement, read larger, window was horrible and the contractor had to sent a second crew to fix it (which they did). This contractor had no idea permits needed to be pulled for this job and he had no idea city inspectors had to come and inspect the work before finishing, something I believe he should have know and would have avoided several late and on the spot telephone calls and visits. After all this, the job was done to my satisfaction for a good price.

The directions seem to be incorrect on Google Maps as well as Garmin GPS navigation. We sincerely apologize that the window trim was not done right the first time. We did send out another crew to correct the issue, replacing the trim and installing to your satisfaction. We are very aware that permits need to be pulled for all window replacements. Elk River is different than most in that they require 2 inspections instead of the typical 1 inspection after completion. Thank your your feedback.

Project: New Window - Single

He was the cheapest bid and we got what we paid for. Make sure if you talk about it, it is on the bid, we missed that on the gutters. The install of one window wasn't bad but thankfully we have some home remodeling in our background so we were able to fix issue that were left behind. If you have a small, simple project and you have some experience with what is being done, I'd say hire him, he was cheap.

They were not included on the bid; however we installed them with no additional charge for product or labor. We were not informed of any issue with the window installation. It passed city inspection and the customer stated everything looked good at the end of the project. We truly strive to be the best in customer service at First Choice Exteriors.
