Since it hasn't rained, it's difficult to rate on quality. Kevin and Kevin (both worked on the roof) appeared very knowledgeable and willing to work with me. They kept to their estimated price even though the work increased when problems were discovered. Instead of replacing 12 tiles, they had to rework an area and ended up replacing 30 tiles. I found that very commendable and it speaks volumes about their integrity. Out of the two prospective contractors that I was considering, I believe both would have done great jobs. However, I cannot be more pleased with Kevin (and Kevin) and First Rate Roofing. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, fast and efficient. Got inspection done and quote one afternoon and all the repairs to my roof was done the following morning before noon. Just in time for the thunderstorm tomorrow! Great experience.

Our roofers were professtional, informative and friendly. The repair was finished in a timely manner and I was shown pictures of the finished project. All our questions were answered and we couldn't have been happier. When we get around to a new roof we will be calling First Rate! Thank you!!

Came to give me an estimate. In checking out the roof, he notived that a vent cap was bent. He fixed it and the leak was corrected. No charge! Can't get better than that! When I'm ready to replace this roof, this guy is my first call.
