The gentleman who came out to fix the lock was a little rough around the edges, but then again, he was there to fix the front door lock, not to win a Mr. Congeniality contest. At the end of the day, he was knowledgable, fixed my door and cut dulpicate keys there on the spot for no additional costs. I would use this vendor again.

Subcontractor David Erwin was fantastic. He arrived on time on Saturday and finished within the hour. He installed my new lock AND with a door handle set which required extra drilling. The door handle set was a little extra cost of about $20. It was definitely worth it. He provided me with great information on maintenance and install. He is a quality professional subcontractor. Highly recommend his service!

the service person showed up on time and after he got the door open with a pair of pliers, he receceived a personal phone call and talked for approximately 25 minutes in his car. In this time I got on my computer, looked up the number for Home Depot, called Home Depot and ordered a new lock for the Anderson storm door. I then washed my vegetables to make a salad. When the service person came back to my house. I told him I had ordered the lock and would be putting it on myself when it arrived. He called the police because I would only pay for the service charge for comming out but not $30.00 for opening my door with a pair of pliers.

I called and set up an evening appointment. There was NO extra cost for this. The representative came when he said he would be there, did his job and was done within 45 minutes. Very professional, efficient and quality craftsmanship. I would recommend this contractor to anyone who needs a locksmith!
