Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Exterior Surfaces
Started the project promptly and finished the project on time. My house looks great. The paint job was primarily sprayed which was what I was expecting. I couldn't afford an all brushed on job. They asked plenty of questions throughout the job especially regarding how I wanted the trim colors done and did everything exactly as I specified. My main complaint and reason for the 3.5 stars was that one of the doors had overspray on the interior side and I wasn't informed about it immediately. However, I was able to clean it off without too much trouble.

Work was completed and at estimate. One small amount of trim was missed or this would be a 5 star rating. They offered to do it but I told them not to bother.

Flexible Builder's did a great job on my garage. Ron and his team were quick to respond, completed the job on time, on budget and kept me involved throughout. Ron had some good suggestions to improve upon what I wanted which I really appreciated. I would, and probably will, hire him again.

Recently had a deck installed by Flexible Builders. They worked with me to come up with a design that was really good. The cost was within my budget and they were efficient in getting the task complete. I was impressived so much that I asked them to work on an exterior door installation some time after.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
These guys solved numerous problems which arose in this old house kitchen remodel. The craftsmanship is excellent and the employees are real sweethearts. We went a bit over budget, but considering the problems we encountered, I think the cost was worth it. They also did the bathroom and, again, the craftsmanship was excellent. They are quality builders, painters, tilers, etc.

Had a request for a minor change to be made after the job was complete and they came and changed it quickly and everything is perfect. I will definitely use them again.
