Multiple small projects. Work done quickly and professionally. Great customer service and workmanship. Since this was the only bid I got, difficult to rate on price, but it seemed a fair price, but not a bargain. Nevertheless, am very happy with work, and will use this plumber again if I need one.

Very polite. First visit told me what he thought it was and took care of that. I had to call him back out because that couldn't have been what was wrong or ALL that was wrong. They took very good care of me......haven't seen the bill for the return yet. But I'm sure it will be okay. Glad to have the plumbing fixed, thanks Flo-Tech Plumbing for fitting me in your schedule today.

Arrived on time. Diagonosed problem quickly. Offered different price options for work. Reason for low customer service rating is because there was a $20 mistake on my bill. I caught it before paying. Accidents happen I guess.
