FCI were great to work with. They did their best to provide the service and product that would be best for our project without costing more than we could spend. They did not try to up sell and were very attentive to our schedule.

Margaret Sutton of Floor Coverings International is the best. She provides comprehensive service with a smile from start to finish on floor covering needs. Floor Coverings International is the best. My entire upstairs has been carpeted by Floor Coverings International and they have done a wonderful job. Try them you'll like them!!

Floor Coverings International installed a flooring I purchased myself from Rubber-Cal (http://www.rubbercal.com/Terra_Flex_Photo_Light_Tan.html ), and Floor Coverings International did a very good job of trying to work with a product, of my choosing, which was not not first rate. They did everything they could to make the best of a bad product and I could not be more impressed with their service. Please note: The product is not a quality product and I do not recommend the product, but I do recommend the company who bravely worked through the issues with thoughtful consideration.

I could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings Internatinal to anyone that asked for a referral for a flooring company. Skip was so helpful in the the planning of my project and even made suggestions which I later added to the project. The guys that did the installation were courteous, and timely in completing the project, well above my expectations. They cleaned up after the project was completed, I didn't even have to clean my newly installed laminate flooring. They even went so far as to repair a broken bread bowl that had belonged to my grandmother. How many people would have done something like that.
