Kevin was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful with every step of the selection and installation. I made my selection on a Friday and by the next Wednesday I had a beautiful carpet throughout my home. They worked with my time schedule and were so easy to work with. I'll be recommending them to everyone who needs flooring installed. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire project I had done except thank you Kevin and the guys who ripped up my old carpet and installed the new carpet. Love it!!!

Project: Install Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles

Installation was delayed for three hours and then interrupted for almost two hours, during which the installers had to go to another installation. They erroneously said they would return in an hour. No proper equipment was had by them to remove the appliances and put them back.

Response by Floor Coverings International of Madison: The installers were delayed when one of their cars wouldn't start and a snow storm that day. We called customer and informed her they would be late, but they ran later that we thought. They placed floor leveling product down over the old vinyl to prep the floor correctly for the new adhesive and new vinyl. The skim coat takes 1-2 hours to dry depending on humidity conditions in the house. They did leave while it was drying and returned to finish the install. We have equipment to move appliances but for some reason they didn't take it to the install.

John did an excellent job installing our tiles. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. (so was kevin). We will use John again in afuture project!
