Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
First, let me just say that the floors look fantastic. The major issue that we had was that the gentleman who did the work did not clean up after himself. There is a thick layer of wood dust everywhere – on the walls, floorboards, the blinds, our air filters, everywhere. He also left tarps, pieces of plastic, and other garbage behind. The owner has been very professional in all of our interactions. But I would have appreciated a discount from the price (which was also higher than his original estimate) to pay for the cleaning crew I will now have to hire. It’s a real hassle and not how the job should be done. It’s a shame because the floors do look great.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Very happy with the job done. Repalced the carpet in my 2 bedrooms with bamboo floors and Mo's team did an excellent job. They did it in one day and the cost was very competitive. I would definitely recommend him to others. Thanks Mo! - Richard
