Although the end result is nice, the service was terrible. Once we paid them the initial installment, we didn't hear from them until we called repeatedly and forced them to start. Nothing was done when they said it would, the crews didn't know what they were supposed to do, one crew did something that the next crew had to take out and redo. Individual workers said they would return to complete a task at a certain time and then not do it until we made repeated requests to the supervisor. We had to push them at every stage to get anything done. The manager unresponsive and rude when we did talk to him. We definitely would not recommend them.

The company did not keep us informed about progrfess and scheduling as much as we would have liked, but they did an EXCELLENT job on remodelling our bathrooms. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and they kept the work area clean.

I was pleased with Floor Spring Designz from start to finish. Andrew Locklin ("Handy Andy") provided excellent customer service on many occasions. I often had questions and he promptly answered all of them. He always called me back immediately and is very knowlegeable. They are located a mile or so from my residence and Andy came out himself to take all the measurements. I had approximately 950 square feet of porcelain tile installed and his measurements were spot on. I ended up with one extra box of tile that I can use if repairs are ever needed. There were no "unexpected" charges and the price he quoted me was the price I paid for the entire job. The crew that did the job were polite, worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them in the future.
