Priced much lower than other estimates. workmen were careless with my furniture and did not drape or clean cuphoards or permanent fixtures there was some damage to furniture, but response from management was the best I eve had. We quickly resolved all issues. The floor is outstanding and everyone who sees it thinks I had a new floor installed. Overall, I highly reccomend this company for value and workmanship of floor. I advise that someone be there to oversee moving and soring of furniture.

Chris and his team are fantastic. If I realized the project would cost so little (relatively) and look so great, I would have done this years ago! We're so happy with our newly installed prefinished hardwood floors and highly recommend.

Chris was willing to talk with me at length about my options and negotiate the "small stuff" to make me happy. His crew were wonderful, they were respectful and clean and cordial and they were kind to my children. I did have one small area I wasn't happy with, and he offered to redo the entire job in order to fix it ( I certainly didnt feel that was necessary but I was impressed that he was willing to do that!) He is scheduled to come back and make the repair in two days and I have every confidence that I will be completely satisfied. We had a tricky transition and poorly milled wood and they came up with solutions and a beautiful result.

Chris Youngs installer Adam and his helper Leo did a fantastic job and there friendlyness was great and they all went the extra to make sure that we were very happy about the job. We are very happy and would recommend Flooring by Design to everyone, they will make your dream project come true for you.
